Explorer Music & Arts Camp puts a new spin on music week. It is the perfect place for your camper to discover and grow their love of music and the arts. This year, your camper will have the opportunity to choose between 2 of 4 tracks for the week: music & dance, and drama & visual arts, while still enjoying all their favorite camp activities. At the end of the week, campers share what they have been working on all week with final performance.
Campers are housed in cottages or cabins.
Music- Campers selecting the music track will sing camp songs, anthems, and global music as well as experiment with different instruments in a fun musical setting. Whether you are an experienced musician or singing for the first time, you’ll learn some new skills and enjoy time with friends while praising God.
OR
Dance– Campers selecting the dance track will explore faith through movement in fun and creative ways and learn a few short TikTok style dances to take home and teach their friends. This track is perfect for both experienced dancers and those wanting to try it for the first time alongside their new camp friends.
AND
Visual Arts- Campers selecting the visual arts track will spend the week learning new skills in arts and creating their own masterpieces. Whether you are coming as an experienced artist or just interested in trying something new, everyone will have fun creating together while growing in faith.
OR
Drama- Campers selecting the drama track will have fun learning improv, theater games, and acting together while growing in faith and learning more about themselves. No drama background is necessary as this track is for both beginners and those with more experience.
