Health Forms & Waivers
Every participant is required to fill out and sign a liability waiver upon arrival at camp, if you are bringing a group to camp you can request this form be sent to you prior to arrival to reduce wait times at check-in.
For all overnight youth camps/programs, every youth is required to have a completed health form on file. For summer camp an accompanying physical from a physician is required, these physicals must have taken place within the last 12-18 months.
For summer 2020 the following allowances are being made in response to COVID-19 issues. Health forms that are up to 24 months old maybe submitted instead of the normal 12-18 months. Normally you can call your healthcare provider and request a copy without needing to go into their office. NovusWay Ministries Statement on COVID-19
Some camps/programs will require additional waivers for off-site activities such as whitewater rafting or caving; these waivers will be sent to participants via email.
Cancellations to a registration made due to inclement weather are not subject to a refund, unless the cancellation is issued by NovusWay. The safety of our guest is of the upmost importance to us, that is why Program Staff watch weather and road conditions very closely to determine if a program should be cancelled. Typically, camp will remain open unless the interstates and highways leading into the city are closed by the Highway Patrol. In the event of a NovusWay cancellation a full refund will be given, all other instances will be evaluated on a case by case basis upon request.
