Efird Hall is a historic, two-story building with large, open meeting rooms on each floor. The upstairs has vaulted ceilings, beautiful wood paneling and two stone fireplaces, perfect for a formal gathering or special occasion. The downstairs room also has a stone fireplace and large windows to let in plenty of natural light. Both rooms open onto patios with rocking chairs that overlook the woods.

Each meeting room can be rented separately or both together at a discounted price.

The street level meeting space, nicknamed “The Lounge”, has a vaulted exposed beam ceiling, wood paneling and floor, two stone fireplaces, large windows and a covered balcony with rocking chairs. The lower level meeting space, called “The Assembly”, is located directly below and has carpet, a built-in whiteboard, classroom lighting, a stone fireplace, large windows and double doors leading onto a patio area overlooking the woods. Each room is approximately 30′ by 50′ and will accommodate up to eighty guests seated in theater seating or forty in classroom seating. These rooms offer heat but do not have air conditioning. AV equipment is available upon request.

Food

Lutheridge Conference Center enjoys a partnership with Aramark to ensure that your meals are both delicious and nutritious. Aramark provides Lutheridge with a professional staff dedicated to attention to detail, quality, and guest satisfaction. All servers are also provided and trained by Aramark. We can accommodate special dietary needs such as diabetics, vegetarians, vegans, and any food allergies. We are also proud to serve Fair Trade Coffee in our dining room and at our coffee stations.

Snacks: If you are looking for a mid-morning bagel and coffee break or a fancy evening reception with hors d’oeuvres, Lutheridge can handle your request. Sample menus are available, or you may custom design your own snack service.

Located between Asheville and Hendersonville and just off of Highway 25, Lutheridge is situated in the perfect location to be close to many attractions, while still giving the guest that “a place apart” feeling.
