Register Individual Participants

You may register yourself or your child online. Registration profiles are based on households, please do not register anyone who does not live in your household; they will need to create their own registration profile. Questions? Call our office for help: 828-209-6302

Group Registration

To make registration easier, churches and youth leaders are welcome to create accounts to register campers on behalf of their group. Please note that each camper must have an individual registration with their parent or guardian information. Only campers from the same household may share an account.

All cancellations for the group must be submitted in writing by the group leader. In some case’s substitutions for canceled participants may be made.

Online Registration:

Registration Confirmations

Confirmation of registration is sent out via email after you register. Please make sure you have provided us with a valid email address as this is how we will send you important information regarding your stay.

Payments & Deposits

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Payment in full must be received at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

Deposits are required with each registration; for summer camp the amount is $150.00 per program and $50.00 for programs that take place in the Winter, Spring or Fall months. These deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. A registration is not considered complete until a deposit has been received.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Email to registration@novusway.org, fax to 828-687-1600 or mail to the address above.

Cancellations made 30 days or more from program date are eligible for a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days notice but more than 10 days are eligible for a refund of 1/2 the program cost minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 10 days or less are not eligible for a refund.

In the event of illness or extenuating circumstances additional allowances can be made. Forfeiture of paid funds due to cancellations can not be considered a donation to the ministry.

Scholarships

Financial assistance is available upon request. Please download the scholarship form found below and return to the registration office. You can also submit this form online. Please make sure the form is filled out in its entirety.

Weather Policy

Cancellations made due to inclement weather are not subject to a refund, unless the cancellation is issued by NovusWay. The safety of our guests is of the upmost importance to us, that is why Program Staff watch weather and road conditions very closely to determine if a program should be cancelled. Typically, unless interstates and highways leading into the city are closed by the Highway Patrol camp will remain open. In the event of a NovusWay Cancellation a full refund will be given, all other instances will be evaluated on a case by case basis by request.

Every youth is required to have a completed health form for overnight stays.
