Staff Alumni Reunion

It’s time to come home to camp for a visit!

All former summer staff and their families are invited to join us for this exciting weekend; Come gather around the campfire and reminisce about summers past, and connect with old and new friends. Even if you can’t come for the entire weekend we hope you will join us on Saturday, there are multiple registration options to choose from.

Some details:

  • Event gathering will start Friday evening, after supper, 6 pm. Activities will start at 7 pm. We will not be serving a Friday meal.
  • The event will end Sunday afternoon, 2 pm.
  • The full weekend package includes five meals, from Saturday breakfast through Sunday lunch.
  • The Saturday only package includes only Saturday lunch. To book breakfast or dinner on that day you can contact the registration office to be added to those meals.
  • We need registration for each individual who will be attending. Staff alumni are welcome to bring children along. When registering children, you should still choose “Staff Alumni Reunion” under the Adults category, not the Youth category. (The price will change automatically when you enter your child’s age.)

 

Activities will include:

Friday evening: Welcomes and traditional opening Camp Vespers for all ages, followed by adult “social hour”

Saturday: gathering with Lutheridge leaders, lunch cookout at the lake, opportunities for afternoon activities, including structured and self-directed options. Possibilities include crafts, on-camp service project, hiking, etc. Saturday evening: Campfire with skits, songs, smores, and devotions, followed by an adult “Craft and Draft” session.

Sunday morning: additional time for activities, visiting, and a closing worship service in the chapel before lunch.

 

There will also be an opportunity to browse the book store and plenty of time just to catch up with friends. All participants will create a “Staff Alumni Reunion 2023” patch for the event to add to your Lutheridge patch collection!

 

All who register will receive emails from the reunion planning team as more details are developed!
